Background Checks...A Necessary Tool

Background checks are so important when you are screening Intended Parents and Surrogates. The IP's want to make sure that their surrogate has no DUI's or criminal activity in their past and the Surrogates want to be reassured that their Intended Parents don't have any child molestation or abandonment issues in their past. The form below is a sample. I suggest that you find a professional outfit to run your background checks for you. You can build in the cost into your agency fees.

Pre-employment screening is a must said...

Hi,

Pre-employment background check is a must if you want to protect your business and your other employees.

For example, there is a case of a guy that if the company had done a pre-employment screening background check on his criminal record, you would have found that he has a history of assaulting women and could not be a good candidate to work in the call center at night with other female colleagues. Future behavior can be predicted by past conduct as shown by many studies.

Establishing a system of pre-employment screening background check is very important, more than ever a criminal record.

It is not only necessary to do a background check prior to employment. But background check in general is advantageous. Nowadays who knows who did what.
